During job interviews, there is a high chance that you will end up being asked to answer the question, "What motivates you"? This is a very common question and most of the time would always have this on their list of questions. Yes, it might sound a very easy question to answer but we also have to remember that these recruiters or employers have already asked tons of applicants and heard a lot of similar answers. In this regard, we have to make sure that we will give them ideas or answers that are unique. But how are we going to that? Always keep in mind that even though this question can be answered very easily, we must provide a cohesive answer to stand out. Recruiters are tired of hearing the common ones.
